xwz300 high speed cartoning machine is a mechatronics product developed by our company with many years of production experience and advanced technology. the working started by feeding, leaflet folding, carton suck & open, medicine and leaflet enter carton, batch number, carton closing and discharge， integrated automatic control of machinery, electricity, light and air to realize the automatic production, advanced inspection system in each station to automatic reject sub-quality products to ensure the qualified rate of products and control the error of man-made in lowest limited. it effectively prevents the decline of medicine quality caused by pollution in the packaging process, ensures that the medicine packaging production process fully conforms gmp, and greatly reduces the production cost and labor intensity.

innovation

		outer cover is covered by ss304 and al-alloy stalinite protective door with schineider door magnetic switch(ce) inside. if protective the safe of operation people if door open while working and the machine will stop automatically.
		horizontal cartoning, suck cartons into rolling chain, rolling in same direction.carton and blister are packed in horizontal way.
		adopt continue cartoning in stable condition, noise and load reach minimize.
		medicine is pushed by way of multihead and multistation. while pusher, blister and carton running in synchronism, blister are pushed into carton without shock in a special distance pushing straight by cam device.
		adopt hmi touch screem, adjusting, statistics, alarm display and so on.
		program adopts plc automatic monitoring, photoelectric detection, automatic display, alarm and reject blister number not sufficient and paper jam.
		main motor adopts frequency control.
		adopt mechanical overload auto protective device, avoid damage.
		without change spare parts while mould changing. adjust by handle screw, conveniently.
		all spare parts contact with medicine include hopper, manufacture by stainless steel and non-toxic material, satisfy with “gmp”.
